Tchat Rework

I've reworked the chat behavior so that the moving transition of new messages is smoother and only happens if you're already at the bottom of the chat (so if you go back to read a message, there will be no descent with new messages)

Tested it on Android and it worked fine, if you encounter any bug, feel free to tell us !
